• 2015 Created retaining wall, stairs, and sand/beach area

• 2015 Consolidated playscapes into one contiguous area to accommodate families with multiple age group children

• 2017/2018 Matt & Doraliza Raglin splash pad phase 1 & 2

• 2020 Matt & Doraliza Raglin rebuild from October 2018 flood

• 2021 Bathroom renovation

• 2023 Playscape rebuild from October 2018 flood (funded by FEMA, LPP assisted on design)

• 2023 Basketball court upgrade

• 2023 Pickle Ball court added to basketball court

• 2023 Matt & Doraliza Raglin splash pad completed with final 4 features

• 2024 Installed pet elimination waste stations
